Most rooms talk.
The right room produces.

There is no shortage of networks, masterminds, and rooms built around conversation. Most create proximity but not outcomes.

At a certain level, the problem is no longer information. It is access, alignment, and being in the right environment with people who can actually move something when the moment is right.

CADRE was built to solve that.

Not as a social circle. Not as a performance stage. But as a controlled environment where the right people, in the right room, create opportunities that would not exist otherwise.

What CADRE Is

A deal flow and strategic access environment.

At its best, CADRE functions as a private environment where relationships convert into real outcomes—partnerships, capital alignment, client opportunities, and strategic moves that happen naturally when the right people are in proximity long enough.

  • High-trust relationships that create deal flow
  • Direct access to operators with real leverage
  • Strategic introductions that don’t happen publicly
  • Conversations that lead to action, not theory
  • An environment where opportunities surface naturally
"The real value is not the event. It is the caliber of the fellowship and what becomes possible because of it."

The CADRE Standard

Convivium No Stages No Pedestals Round Tables Only Confidentiality Full Presence

"The people you choose to be in rooms with says something about the future you are building. Choose accordingly."

What happens inside the room is not theoretical.

CADRE is not built around curriculum. It is built around four pillars that, when present together, create the kind of movement that rarely happens in public forums.

I

Perspective

Members bring lived experience, hard decisions, real wins, painful lessons, and sharp pattern recognition. This is not top-down teaching. It is peer-level intelligence transfer between serious people.

II

Environment

The setting matters because the tone matters. CADRE gatherings are designed to remove noise, lower pretense, and create the kind of atmosphere where honest conversation, trust, and better decisions can happen.

III

Access

The network is designed to create leverage through relationships, introductions, perspective, accountability, and meaningful connection to people who can actually move something when it matters.

IV

People

The room only works if the people are right. CADRE is built for contributors, not spectators. No ego theater. No casual dabbling. Integrity, candor, generosity, maturity, and a willingness to both give and receive at a high level.

A stronger room begins with a
stronger filter.

CADRE is intentionally not for everyone. The standard protects the value.

This Is For

Operators who create, not observe.

  • Individuals who control capital, distribution, or deal flow
  • Builders already in motion—not preparing to start
  • People who move when the right opportunity appears
  • Those who understand the value of proximity at the highest level
  • Operators who contribute at the same level they expect to receive
  • People who know one relationship can change trajectory
This Is Not For

Anyone looking to consume more than they contribute.

  • People looking for ideas instead of execution
  • Those seeking access without bringing value into the room
  • Casual networkers collecting affiliations
  • Early-stage individuals still figuring things out
  • Ego-driven personalities who need visibility
  • Anyone expecting the room to carry them

"The setting is never accidental. The people in it even less so."

Wilson Creek Winery · CADRE Gathering

Past gatherings were never just about access. They were about what access created.

CADRE has always been designed around one question: what kind of environment would make honest conversation, uncommon perspective, and lasting relationships almost inevitable? The experiences below are evidence of how that standard has already been lived.

"In most rooms, someone is at the front. In CADRE, the circle itself is the asset."

A Founding Principle
I Wilson Creek Winery · Temecula, CA

A Day in the Vineyard

Sunrise movement among the vines. A private breakfast, later lunch in the vineyard. Time with the winemaker. A founder roundtable without scripts, stages, or separation. The point was not luxury for its own sake. It was creating a setting that invited pace, candor, and conversation worthy of the people in the room.

II Naval Special Warfare HQ · Coronado, CA

One Day in the Pacific Fleet

A private meeting with senior military leadership, followed by a helicopter landing on the USS Finn while underway in the Pacific. For members, this was not about novelty. It was about proximity to leadership, trust, accountability, and operational standards at a level that leaves a permanent imprint.

III McLaren & Tesla · San Diego, CA

The Drive Experience

Shared movement creates a different kind of conversation. Members rotated through a private curated fleet while the real value happened in the dialogue, trust, and natural bond that forms when serious people do something uncommon together rather than merely talk about business across a table.

IV San Diego Harbor · Crow's Nest Yachts

Harbor Cruise & Roundtable at Sea

A private yacht at golden hour. A smaller room. More honesty. Less performance. Some environments naturally strip away pretense, and the water tends to do that well. By the time the boat returned, the relationships had moved past networking into something more trusted.

The next gathering is being designed now.

The goal is not spectacle. The goal is to create the kind of circle where the conversations are better, the standards are higher, and the relationships outlast the event itself.

Not everyone will see the value.
That is part of the filter.

CADRE is not designed for broad appeal. It is built for a specific caliber of operator—someone who understands the value of trusted proximity, meaningful access, and the kind of room that can change trajectory.

"The investment is not there to overcome hesitation.
It is there to reflect seriousness, protect the standard,
and ensure the room stays worthy of the people in it."

A room like this is either understood or it isn’t.

"The right room does not need to be sold."

It needs to be protected.

That is why entry is by invitation only.

"Leadership, trust, and radical accountability — when the stakes are real, the lessons stick."

Membership Access

CADRE is closed to the public.
New members enter only through invitation and sponsor-backed consideration.

The room is protected first.
Membership is extended, not requested.

Private Membership Fees not offered publicly Membership · is extended selectively, with all terms shared upon invitation.
  • Two private in-person CADRE gatherings per year
  • Two-day immersive format
  • All primary food, beverage, and hosted logistics included
  • Monthly intimate virtual roundtable
  • Quarterly direct 1:1 access to Tim
  • Curated introductions when aligned
  • Private room entered by invitation and sponsor-backed consideration only

The gatherings are the anchor. The monthly roundtable keeps the room alive between them, relationships warm, conversations active, and momentum real. *For many members, this investment may qualify as a business expense potentially reducing the effective cost depending on individual tax circumstances.

"CADRE is not an offer to the market. It is a protected room. Membership is extended only when the sponsor, the standard, and the fit are all aligned."

Member Qualifications
  • Already operating, building, or leading at a meaningful level
  • Willingness to engage fully rather than observe casually
  • Readiness to speak honestly and receive honest challenge
  • Maturity, discretion, and respect for confidentiality
  • No ego theater at the door
  • Willingness to contribute, not just consume

Not everyone will be invited. That is not a flaw in the model. It is the model.

"Some environments remove the noise. That is usually where the real conversation begins."

A Note from Tim

We built it once. Now we're rebuilding it with full intention.

CADRE came out of a larger cross-generational business community I founded in San Diego called Life Lounge, which grew to more than 200 members. But a smaller group wanted a different kind of experience—one with more trust, more depth, more intimacy, and higher-level conversation. That space became CADRE.

It ran for just over a year and produced experiences and relationships I still think about. Then 2020 hit, and like many things built around real physical presence, it paused.

What I missed was not just the gathering. I missed watching people walk into a room as strangers and leave with trusted relationships they would carry for years. I missed the kind of conversation that only happens when the room is right.

So this return is not about nostalgia. It is about rebuilding CADRE with better clarity, stronger standards, more intentional structure, and pricing that finally reflects what the integrity of CADRE is actually worth.

The room has been built before.
This is not theory.

Before CADRE, there was Life Lounge — a cross-generational gathering built to bring together founders, leaders, operators, creatives, and serious thinkers in a setting where trust, perspective, and uncommon connection could actually happen.

That predecessor room welcomed remarkable people, powerful conversations, and meaningful relationships that still echo today. CADRE is not being invented from scratch. It is being rebuilt from a standard that has already been lived.

Built by someone who has spent years creating rooms that matter.

Tim has spent much of his career doing what most people talk about but very few actually do well: building rooms that change people. He founded Life Lounge, a cross-generational membership community in San Diego that grew to more than 200 members, and he previously ran CADRE as a 12-person mastermind that included notable founders and high-level operators.

He also created and produced Funded San Diego — a full-scale annual conference with speaker programming, VIP experiences, and strategic brand partnerships. Over the years he has built relationships with brands and organizations including Sotheby's International Realty, Maserati, Ferrari, McLaren, Tesla, CBRE and Crow's Nest Yachts, while also architecting experiences few people ever get to touch.

Blue Ocean Outcomes is built on one conviction: the right room at the right time changes trajectory. CADRE is that conviction expressed in its most selective form.
